Jennifer Tarleton

Head of Human Resources

Jennifer Tarleton is a founder and Head of Human Resources at KraneShares. She is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of human resources including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and development of policies that support the firm’s mission and workforce.

Jennifer received her JD from Boston University School Law and BA from Connecticut College.
